Terms of use

Using Crucible

Crucible, run by Malkyon, is for practising on systems and coding problems and for taking assessments organizations set. Creating an account or taking an assessment means you accept these rules and the privacy notice.

Rules

• One account per person, with your own email address. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
• Do assessments yourself, within the organization's rules, and don't share their questions or answers.
• Don't attack or overload Crucible, its code runners or environments, or use them for anything but the problem in front of you.
• Don't copy Crucible's problems, hints or solutions in bulk or scrape the site.

Your work

What you write stays yours. We store and run it to provide the service, and share assessment work with the organization that ran the assessment.

The service

Crucible may change, pause or have errors. We may block accounts that break these rules. Questions go to controller@malkyon.in.
